This scarf combines different cutting lines and finishing techniques, creating drapes that shift depending on how it is wrapped. One side preserves the raw selvedge for a natural, textured edge, while the opposite side is finished with a light rolled hem. The top and bottom edges are secured with an interlock finish, and one horizontal line is cut on the bias for a soft, wave-like fall, contrasted by a straight, weightier drop on the other side.

The wide silhouette allows it to be styled open as a shawl, and the two fabric options offer distinct moods.

Option 1 uses a double-rib wool jersey that is soft, padded, and naturally casual. Its thickness creates volume when wrapped around the neck, with the selvedge adding a subtle raw character.

Option 2 is made from Mt Breath 100% wool single knit—light, thin, and fluid. It has a gentle sheen and a slight woolly touch, falling cleanly for a more formal and refined look.

The scarf shifts in silhouette with each styling, reflecting Laumière’s signature approach to quiet, sculptural drape.
